Organic dry red wine with protected designation of origin.
Aged in large aces barrels for 1 year. The best known of the blue grape variety. Cherry on the nose, ripe blackcurrant, blackberry and vegetal spice on the palate. Thanks to the long ageing period, this wine has a very nice acidity and tannin balance. It is recommended with meals, with fish soup, game or beef dishes.
