Prémium Olaszrizling is made from perfectly ripe grapes, with gentle processing and tank fermentation. One of the most important varieties of the wine region, which produces beautiful wine in several stages of maturity, it shows perhaps its most popular face in this style.
It's a great choice with light salads, asparagus dishes, grilled chicken with thyme, lightly seasoned pork.
