Balaton Organic dry white wine with protected geographical indication. The kéknyelű is perhaps one of the most elegant Hungarian varieties. Its colour is pale yellow, its aroma is hay and straw, its flavour is slightly citrusy and accompanied by a lime-salty mineral.
Many people don't know it, but a special variety is the kéknyelű. It has no stamens in its flower, so it is planted mixed with Budai Green so that the wind can dust it from the other grape variety.
