Thus, they focused on the development of a privately-owned vineyard, which nowadays consists of approximately 65 hectares, setting as our main priority the quality of the raw material through the unremitting dedication and care of the vineyard! The main goal of their estate since its foundation was the production of highest quality wines, while at the same time trying to point out the enormous potential of the indigenous varieties and of each microclimate (terroir). Their main conviction is that indigenous varieties have all the potential to deliver highquality wines of great complexity. Moreover, their aim to preserve and promote the special characteristics of certain international varieties which suit specific vineyards of the estate; for this reason, they stressed the emphasis on the production (mainly) of mono-varietal wines. An immediate goal of their company is the transition towards a more sustainable management of the production, while at the same time, taking specific measures so that they minimize the environmental footprint impact of the estate.
