Father and son, János and Péter Stumpf dry farm approximately 20 ha of vines split between the south facing Nagy Eged (Eged mountain) and just south on the slopes of Sikhegy (Sik hill). Kékfrankos is well-suited to the limestone based soil in this area, which brings more body and extract while the volcanic soils yield less body but much higher acidity that allows them to make high quality wines.
