The white Tiglet should ideally reflect its origin. This is best achieved with grape varieties that have a long tradition here - Burgundy varieties. In combination with the dry soils, consisting mainly of sediment, the result is a ripe but very elegant wine.
The nose is initially dominated by Chardonnay before the Pinot Blanc with its nutty notes increasingly comes to the fore. Fine acidity on the palate in combination with subtle fruit sweetness and the typical saltiness. The finish is long and makes you want more...
