Refošk Rex Fuscus has an intense ruby red color with fresh shades of ripe cherries. The extremely fruity scent reminds us of ripe blackberries, raspberries and blueberries. Very rich, fruity, matured, velvet, very lively with nice acids. Wine is very structured with tipical notes of blackberry, blueberry and matured sour cherry. Long after taste is concluded with pleasant juiciness and matured tannins. With maturation in big oak barrels, this speciality of Slovenian Istria, gets additional nobleness.
