Tangy and sharply focused on entry, offering scents of berries, wild strawberries, some floral notes and mineral flavours that gain richness with air while retaining vivacity. The friendly and delicate mousse is very well integrated and emphasizes the freshness and fruitiness of the wine. It has a touch of sweetness and that makes the wine easy to drink. Great as an aperitif, but because of its structure, it can be drunk with a meal like fish, white poultry and salads. This petillant wine has no added CO2, their effervescence is resulting exclusively from its own - single - fermentation process.
