Vinified in a New World style, in temperature-controlled tanks, to emphasize the freshness and fruitiness typical of the variety. This wine has a yellow-green hue, and on the nose, we find notes of lime, ginger, and a subtle hint of honeysuckle. On the palate, it delivers what we expect from a Riesling: crisp white pears, white peach, honey, citrus, and delicate herbs.
