Classic Bordeaux blend, with an iconic approach. The estate's top wine. The most beautiful grape clusters selected from the Walnut Roof behind the cellar, 40% merlot, 33% cabernet sauvignon, 24% cabernet franc, 3% shiraz. Fermentation in tanks, controlled, maturation in 225 liter barrique barrels, for 15 months. Extremely complex, rich wine: velvety and dynamic at the same time, plum, coffee, barrel aromas, lovely oak, sandalwood and elegant cigar box.
