The name â8Kâ proudly refers to this 8,000-year-old heritage. This cuvee, made from the grape varieties Kakhuri Mtsvane and Rkatsiteli, matures for six months on the grape skins, giving the wine its characteristic amber colour. In addition to its beautiful colour, this traditional procuction method gives the wine elegant and complex notes of dried fruit, a full body and soft tannins, making it an excellent pairing to meat dishes, pizza and creamy pasta.
