Production process: Machine harvesting, rapid processing: destemming and crushing, tank fermentation with marc cap immersion, controlled fermentation with yeast inoculation (25–28 °C). Maceration on the skins for 3 weeks, followed by natural malolactic fermentation also in tanks; 90% tank aging and 10% barrique aging for 6 months, followed by racking, filtration, and bottling. Color: crystal clear, medium ruby. Aroma: medium intensity, red fruits such as cherry and plum. Palate: medium-bodied, round tannins, balanced acidity. The red fruits (cherry, plum) are equally noticeable on the palate. Barrel aging lends it some complexity. Finish: medium length, with the fruitiness persisting throughout. Easy to drink and well-balanced.
