The colour is delicate, golden yellow, with a very beautiful lustre, brilliance. The bouquet is ripe, juicy and youthful, while offering clear notes of continental fruits that calm the senses. With time, it opens up, and alongside the notes of ripe yellow fruits, we find a pleasant spiciness,nutmeg, which does not come from the wood. On the palate it is perfectly dry, with lively acids. Perfectly ripe, but not bold. Ascetic. On the palate, it offers salty notes, deliciousness and, above all, a long, pleasant finish. The texture is slightly creamy and goes well with the slightly fuller body. We believe that this is a reference example of a Chardonnay that has excellent culinary connotations. Chefs and sommeliers should be impressed.
