Single vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon made from carefully selected hand-picked grapes grown on the estate of the winery near Elenovo village in south-east Bulgaria. COLOUR: Intense ruby colour AROMA: Typical Cabernet Sauvignon nose, with distinctive ripe raspberry character and hints of black cherries, dark chocolate, peppermint and dry leaves. TASTE: The taste is rich and supple. Very good structure and balance, well integrated oak. Long finish with soft grainy tannins. AGEING: 24 months in Bulgarian oak barrels (500 l capacity), 40% new, 60% second use. After that, the wine matures for minimum 6 months in the bottle.
