Serious side, fascinating inside, with the promise of the big wines. An unusually tough, but multiple dry red cuvée made from Syrah, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Cabernet franc. This type of grapes makes the wine tasteful, fruity, spicy, and body at the same time, which brings it to an even rounder level. Thanks to the smoothed tannins and long finish, this wine could be a new experience for the ones who like big-bodied wines. For keeping this high quality, we keep the grapes on our best-laid fields in a highly restrained production. After the harvest, we fermented it for 18 months in barrigue barrels. Its strong tastes could be paired with smoked beef or great proud flesh-based dishes, served at 18-20°C.

Characteristics
Looking at white wines, there are two different styles that complement each other. On the one hand, many producers make lean, dry, primary fruit-driven wines with high acidity, while others produce wines from high-quality varieties that are matured in oak, have higher alcohol and are maybe bottled with a touch of residual sugar. The rich aromatics makes the former appealing, while the latter are appreciated for their full-bodied, fleshy structure and oily smoothness.
