A vibrant straw-yellow Muscat Lunel with an oily movement in the glass. Alongside its characteristic sweet floral notes, aromas of dried yellow-fleshed fruits, acacia honey, sweet spices, and overripe citrus can be discovered. On the palate, the wine shows concentrated aromatics, significant residual sugar, a more compact structure, and a pleasantly refreshing yet softer acidity. Its intense primary fruit character, derived from fresh grapes, is supported by reductive winemaking techniques. The rich flavor profile is enhanced by an intriguing saline minerality, adding complexity to its clean, refreshing dried-fruit notes. The long finish retains this depth of flavor, culminating in a creamy texture and rich, lingering aromas. Served at 12 °C, it is confidently recommended with spicier, Far Eastern dishes, sweet and spiced fruit-based desserts, foie gras pâté, or enjoyed on its own as a dessert alternative.
