Dióstető's selected Syrah grapes were harvested at their ripest, fermented in tanks with 28 days on the skins. It matured for 12 months in 225-liter Hungarian and American oak barrels, 20% of which were new Trust, the rest 1-2 years old. Deep purple color, exciting, peppery, spicy aroma with black fruits. The taste is also dominated by peppery, woody, blackberry notes.
