Dry white wine is made from Khikhvi grape variety with the Georgian traditional method, fermented in Qvevri. The wine is an amber colour with greenish tint, delivers pronounced flavor of flowers, ripe yellow fruit and spices. This wine pairs really well with salmon, cheese and salads.
