Cold pre-maceration, fermentation in open vats at warm temperatures with conventional yeasts, aged for 16 months in French oak barriques. Deep ruby colour, coffee and smoke aromas, ripe dark red fruit and earthy notes, ripe and elegant character, silky tannins, fruit-driven finish with a subtle tannic grip and long length.

Nebó Winery

Nebó Winery resides in the village Neblo in Goriška Brda, having quietly appeared on the Slovenian
wine map with the vintage 2017. A greater part of our 18 hectares of vineyards are newly planted,
which gave us particular freedom to decide which variety to plant on which site. We like to point out
that ours are the westernmost vineyards in Slovenia.
