It is the standard of the Balaton, the most prevailing grape type of the area. As all of our wines this was matured in wooden barrels as well. The 225-liter barrels are partially new, partially old.
The final product spent 10 months in the barrels and stayed for another 3 months in steel tanks so that self-purification could have occurred. Even though it is a white wine it is bottled without clarifying and filtering. We are taking the risk so that we could have as full flavors as possible.
It became a serious wine with a rich taste but it goes down well.
