Like the Irsa olive, the Riesling from the Rhine is also fresh, best consumed fresh and young. Its flavour is reminiscent of linden and flowers, apples and apricots. Light but spicy, with some subtle acidity with a hint of spicy acidity, which makes for a really interesting taste experience.
