Clean, deep red appearance with a ruby rim. On the nose, a harmonious combination of chocolate, chilli and mint, with a hint of vanilla that returns with time. On the palate, the elegant character expected from the nose is perfectly delivered, with notes of pepper, chocolate, cocoa, tobacco and red berries. The tannin structure is smooth, the finish is long and complex, and the wine has great character and balance. We recommend it with red meat dishes.
