The delicate golden color indicates limited exposure to air and suggests a wine that can be quite aromatic. The nose confirms this completely. A distinct bouquet of gooseberries, grapefruit, hay, and lime with a subtle hint of smoke and oak is highly specific and characteristic. Very dry, with excellent acidity. The aromatic profile is intense and persistent, while the fruitiness somewhat settles in the mouth, and the woody note pleasantly adds to the complexity.

Nebó Winery

Nebó Winery resides in the village Neblo in Goriška Brda, having quietly appeared on the Slovenian
wine map with the vintage 2017. A greater part of our 18 hectares of vineyards are newly planted,
which gave us particular freedom to decide which variety to plant on which site. We like to point out
that ours are the westernmost vineyards in Slovenia.
