Fermented and aged in stainless steel and French oak barrels at controlled temperatures, using mainly conventional yeasts with a small indigenous component. Medium-deep golden-yellow, precise and fresh, gooseberry and citrus core, herbal notes of hay and basil, dry, full-bodied, clean and focused, intense fruity finish with a subtle saline edge.

Nebó Winery

Nebó Winery resides in the village Neblo in Goriška Brda, having quietly appeared on the Slovenian
wine map with the vintage 2017. A greater part of our 18 hectares of vineyards are newly planted,
which gave us particular freedom to decide which variety to plant on which site. We like to point out
that ours are the westernmost vineyards in Slovenia.
