Blanc de Noir is a mysterious wine, 100% made from the Cabernet Sauvignon grape variety. Stored at a temperature of 7-8ºC , Blanc de Noir presents a crisp taste, with acidity a little over the average and with a body similar to red wines. The bouquet of this exceptional wine, white coloured with grey tones, is a fascinating combination of black bitter cherry, pears, ripe muskmelon flavours and floral scents. Blanc de Noir is a galvanic, delicious, persistent wine... an iceberg of flavours, tastes and colours, which desires to be discovered, understood and appreciated at its true value.
