Aromas of fresh herbs, root vegetables, parsnip, lovage, and earthy, woody notes dominate the nose. On the palate, it boasts a body larger than medium, with a full, mouth-filling structure that even feels remarkably broad. Flavors reveal refined minerality, white-fleshed fruits such as peach, and oak nuances in the long finish. (Ercsey Dani) This wine is crafted from a meticulously selected three-phase harvest, involving overnight skin maceration, fermentation of free-run juice with indigenous yeast, aging in oak barrels from various coopers, multiple fine lees stirrings, and a careful barrel selection. These elements have elevated it to become one of our flagship dry wines and a hallmark of our winery.
