Szekretar's top wine is the Premium Merlot, named after another passion of them, running. And the pinnacle of running is the UltraMarathon. The crate harvest was followed by hand-picking. Fermented in open vats, with manual racking, for 14 days. Once fermented, it was left to macerate on the skins for 28 days without maceration. Thanks to the long natural settling, the wines arrived in the cellar in a mirror-like state, almost completely sediment-free. The wine was aged for 12 months in 300 litres of new Hungarian oak.
