Superior blending from the winery in Ostoros, carved in the tuff. It's made up of blue franc, cabernet sauvignon, blueburger, zweigelt and pinot noir, hand-harvested from organic conversion areas. Controlled fermentation in tank, 18 months in 225 and 300 litre oak barrels, followed by six months of bottle ageing. Precise vinification with good proportions, cool character and refined barrel use. Cooling, delicately tannic, slightly vegetal bull's wine from expert hands.
