The bouquet preserves Shiraz’ classic notes, completed with chocolate tints and dry-plum flavours; its finish has a gentle lift, pairing fairly the French-oak nuances. Shiraz is a strong, well-structured and generous wine, with superior body. It promises a remarkable evolution due to its sane structure and abundance of aromas – blackberries, blueberries, sour-cherries – enveloping the subtle notes of pepper, mint and chocolate.
