After machine harvesting, the grapes were quickly processed. After three weeks of maceration on skins, the grapes were first aged in tanks and then in barrique barrels for 5 months. It has the ruby red colour and red berry fruitiness typical of syrah. A full-bodied wine with medium alcohol. Goes well with grilled or roasted red meats.
