One of the winery’s top wines. Deep ruby in colour, it is a rich, full-bodied, characterful red wine. Fermented in wooden vats, it is then aged for 18 months in new oak barrels, endowing it with greater complexity and enticement. The nose boasts blackberry, blackcurrant, tobacco and delicious roast coffee. Elegant, smooth, full-bodied red wine that will continue to develop in bottle. Recommended serving temperature 16-18°C. Best consumed within 6-8 years of bottling.
