On the clay soil made of the grit and sand of the Stârmina Winery, we cultivate and take care of the two grape varieties that have given life to this joyful and friendly wine. Rosé, Castel Stârmina (Stârmina Castle) is an exquisite blend of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. Accuracy in the winemaking process has impressed upon the tasting tones. Its flavours are intense, with cherry, wild strawberry and unripe raspberry notes.
