At a temperature of 17ºC, you can distinguish notes of caramel and fine spices. Merlot, Castel Stârmina (Stârmina Castle) is a long-lasting wine, it can be aged in the bottle for 5 years, during which time it finishes its velvety texture and complex bouquet.
