This unique for Bulgaria Chardonnay is called "Egg-fermented" due to the fact that it is produced in concrete fermenters in the shape of giant eggs. The ideal oval shape of this type of vessel creates a constant natural batonnage during fermentation. As a consequence, the wine's aromatic profile, volume and structure are enriched. Sparkling golden colour with greenish highlights. The nose is elegant, with notes of moss, limestone, ripe citrus and tropical fruits, lime. A noble chardonnay with a juicy and tight body with soft freshness and excellent length.
