An extremely lush wine with complex aromas. There is plenty of fruit, such as redcurrant, black cherry and ripe plum, which is complemented with a hint of sweet spice, herbs, pink pepper, cardamom and juniper. Almost chewy, it’s both juicy and complex in flavour. Delicious with dark meat (e.g. pheasant), red meat (e.g. pork medallions, meat with bacon) and also with wild boar stew.
