This wine is so expressive and textured, that one could almost eat, not drink it. Its characteristic roundness of a male and sound wine “discloses” quickly like a playful adult, displaying notes that remind childhood – currants, dark chocolate, cocoa and… the sour-cherries stolen from the neighbours, more juicy and tasty than those got from the market or ripened in one’s own orchard. A touch of saltiness increases its structure and, together with the well-integrated tannins, turns it into a friendly and freely communicative wine.
