Olaszrizling in a sophisticated version. This Olaszrizling was made from perfectly ripe grapes, by gentle processing and fermentation in steel tanks. An important variety of the wine region, which produces beautiful wine in several ripeness,
Crystal clear lemonish color with medium viscosity. Moderated nose with dominant and relevant mineral and salty character. Also, some fresh cut herbs mixed straw and bitter almond which is specific in case of the varietal. The outcome is something complex and layered structure. On the palate the wine is dry with high acidty and light but concentrated body. Getting back the notes which were promised by the nose and also completed some lemon and lemongrass as well. Medium plus alcohol and soft salty mineral character the sip is a quiet long.
