Premium Pinot Gris is made from perfectly ripe grapes, with gentle processing and tank fermentation. An exciting variety that produces beautiful wine in several stages of maturity, this is a serious, characterful wine.
Its intense aroma is dominated by stony-mineral notes, with pear and citrus aromas in the background. Grapefruit, peach, pear and stony character on the palate. The acids are rounded, giving a good harmony in the wine. It has a delicate bitter finish in the aftertaste.
