Perfection in colour, flavour and taste. This wine is produced and bottled at the Stârmina Winery. The complexity of the production process is obvious from the winemaking, which is made separately for each variety. Even the ageing time in barriques differs from one variety to another (2-6 months), and after mixing the wines in a unique blend, the wine is bottled and stored in the cellar where it goes through another stage of elevation. Nedeea Red is an unmistakable wine... a shining wine, with a ruby colour and lilac tones. Black cherry, forest fruits, dried plums and pimento pigments are a revelation for the olfactory sense. The taste is full, creamy, strong, with a persistent finish. Savoured at a temperature of 16ºC, it perfectly fits in the menu of a dinner comprised of mutton chop, fillet mignon with baked artichoke or boar in a hunting sauce.
